Reminder: Frukostseminarium 22 febr: The EU – a haven for human rights or a hub for nationalists?

Kvinna till Kvinna would like to welcome you to an engaging discussion with EU parliament candidates and women human rights defenders from the Balkan countries on the future of the EU.

EU elections are approaching, in a time when the union is faced with unseen challenges. Brexit has shaken the foundation of the Union and the parliament is being used by nationalist and populist movements to consolidate their influence over European legislation and politics.

At the same time: Can the EU continue to be an ally for women human rights defenders in the Balkans, for gender equality and a more just society?
